Middle Beach Lodge - Oceanfront Lodging near Tofino-Long Beach
Middle Beach Lodge is located on 40 acres of West Coast oceanfront, featuring almost a mile of quiet beach, rugged headlands, two lodges, and twenty self-contained cabins. The lodge offers a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast buffet at The Lodge at The Beach and The Lodge at The Headlands. The breakfast buffet includes croissants, muffins, and brioche cinnamon buns, baked in-house, along with jams and preserves from Mrs Jones James. The Lodge at the Beach features West Coast architecture with heavy timbers and board and batten cedar siding. Tofino, a coastal village with a maritime heritage, is three kilometers from Middle Beach Lodge, offering galleries, eateries, and pubs. Dining includes gourmet dinners featuring locally-sourced salmon, halibut, tuna, and Dungeness crab from local fisherman, Lutz Zilliken of West Pacific Seafoods. Whale watching tours are available in an aluminum zodiac style or cabin cruiser vessel. Guests can explore the waters of Clayoquot Sound with guides from Tofino Sea Kayaking. Tofino Paddle Surf offers Stand Up Paddle Boarding lessons and rentals. Hot Springs Cove and Maquinna Provincial Park trips are available, including a soak in the geothermal pools. A small trail system is available.

Middle Beach Lodge offers self-contained cabins. The Lodge at the Headlands offers queen bed rooms with a double hide-a-bed in the living room, a double bed in the loft and a forest facing balcony with kitchenette and electric fireplace. Some suites feature balconies with ocean or garden views, kitchenettes with cooking hobs, mini-fridges, and microwaves, and sitting areas with electric fireplaces. One-bedroom suites offer full kitchens with refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers, and bathrooms with bathtubs. Some rooms offer MacKenzie Beach views from the balcony. Select rooms do not accommodate children or pets.

An advance deposit of the full first night, including taxes, is required upon booking. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus a $20.00 fee. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
